A large remodel to an existing home in Lafayette, CA completed in 2023. This home belongs to a repeat client who was looking for better utilization of their space. We converted an enormous 1500 sq. ft. great room into defined spaces resulting in a dining room, fireplace, living room, wetbar, powder room, mud room, home office, and kids play room. Also included in the remodel of this home was a complete remodel of the Primary Bathroom, custom cabinets throughout the home, and new White Oak hardwood floors. The design was completed in-house by Lindsay Slarve.
