Guest House in Napa Valley completed in the fall of 2022. Completed in the Modern Farmhouse style for the clients to live in as they build their dream home, which Slarve Construction will complete in 2025. This project was designed completely in house to reflect a transitional style. It was built as a guest house with large amounts of storage, including being built over a 1600 sq. ft. garage with space large enough to store an RV and a home woodworking shop. The home is also completely off grid running completely off solar panels and Tesla battery storage.
